Are you checking personal references? If you want to know the REAL reasons your candidates will contemplate a change of employment - ask their “best friend.” Personal references have NO FILTER and will provide information that will help you close this candidate on an offer. Ask this person how your candidate reacts to “change.” Find out what is most important to your candidate. Often your candidate’s best friend is also their confidant. The more you align this personal reference, the better your chances are closing your placement.
