This time of year we are all facing endless distractions and too often we write DECEMBER off! This month is setting up next year and often hiring authorities want to spend their hiring budget - so they get the same or higher budget in the coming year.
If hiring authorities have used their budget, you can invoice them after January 1, 2008! Don’t write December off!
Let your hiring authorities and candidates know there is MORE COMPETITION” after the first of the year and this is a great time to job search.
It’s easy to get distracted, but it’s even easier to enjoy a great paycheck when all the Holiday Bills arrive in January!
