FOCUS IN NOVEMBER & DECEMBER!

We’re in November and for all intensive purposes you are now setting up the pace for 2008. The CASH IN for many of the placements you are making will hit in 2008. Take time to focus on BEST USE OF YOUR TIME. Figure out who your best “clients” are and duplicate that business in 2008. Write a marketing plan right now identifying your key accounts and the companies you want to do business with next year.
So many recruiters “write off” November and December because of the holidays. There are still LOTS OF WORKING DAYS and many companies have not used up their hiring budgets. If they don’t spend them they won’t get them next year! If someone has used up their hiring budgets, offer to bill them after 1/1/08.
Focus in November and December so you can start off 2008 with strong revenues and activities.
