Everyone is asking the same question….how can I recruit the talent my clients want to hire.
Today I’m going to give you ONE IDEA that will dramatically increase your candidate referrals. Have a blind list of all the job orders in your office showing the SIZZLE of the jobs. Email this to every person you speak to when you are making your recruiting presentations. You will be amazed how often a compelte stranger will email the list to one of their friends. This type of lateral marketing is PRICELESS.
You are now building a database of emails. In the future send an updated list with an article of interest to these same individuals to keep your name in front of them and to encourage more candidate referrals.
