One of the greatest benefits of the Recruiting Profession is your income is unlimited, and you actually write your own paycheck. You can earn as MUCH or as LITTLE as you want. There are individuals in our profession who earn over $300,000+ per year. What separates them from you?
One of my business partners CB is an extremely successful business person. He is currently building an incredible mansion in New York for his family on the income he has generated in the past few years. He is now very “motivated” to maintain that level of success, so he can live in his new home with no financial worries. Providing a wonderful life for his family and himself has always motivated CB to attain levels of success most individuals would consider impossible.
How would your lifestyle change if your annual income became your monthly income? Just think about that for a minute! How would the lives of the people you love change?
Are you living in your dream home?
Do you drive your dream car?
Do you live the lifestyle you truly want?
The answer to these three questions is YES. In reality, if you wanted something different you would be DOING SOMETHING about it! The Recruiting Profession can make your dreams come true if you know exactly what you want and actually EXPECT it to happen. Too many individuals have “dreams”, but really don’t expect them to come true - which is the KEY!
Figure out exactly what your WANT and what you need to EARN to achieve it!
Look at your current level of success.
Calculate your individual stats and ratios.
Figure out what level of “RESULTS” you need to achieve in order to hit your goals DAILY.
Make a commitment to NOT accept anything LESS!
Recruiting is a Sales Profession. It is currently the end of February. Are you on track to hit your goals this month? Did you hit your goals in January? If yes - CONGRATULATIONS. If not, what are you going to change in March to make sure you DO hit your goals next month.
There is always room for improvement no matter what your level of experience. Record your calls and “listen” to critique yourself on a consistent basis. If you do make changes, make sure you track them for twenty-one days so they become a new habit. Your new way of achieving results.
If you don’t know where you’re going - you will NEVER get there! You need to be very specific and before long you will be living in your dream house, driving your dream car and going on exotic vacations. Send me a post card!
