The number of emails I received from all of you was amazing regarding Baby Ryan and Katrina. It just goes to show how incredibly amazing and truly caring recruiters are! I’m taking the advice I received from many of you and setting up a trust fund at a local bank to benefit their family today. I will post the information when it’s available. Again - thank you from the bottom of my heart!
On the topic of RECRUITERS ARE AWESOME….just think for a minute of what you do for a living. You change people’s lives for the better. When you place someone in a new opportunity you not only change their lives, but the lives of their families as well! We can provide opportunities for individuals they would have never found themselves. We do focus on what’s important to the people we represent, teach them how to ace their interview and help them plan their entire career.
On the client side - we help them locate the top talent they need for their companies - who represent their greatest assets. We also inform our clients on anything Workforce/Workplace related to help keep them informed of future trends that will impact their companies.
Never forget for one minute of the importance of the work you do each and every day! You literally “hold people’s lives in your hands” and that is an amazing responsibility. When you focus on becoming more consultative to your employers, and a lifetime agent to your candidates you will truly change their lives for the better. RECRUITERS ARE AWESOME!
