In the month of January, you have 22 working days (unless you did not work on January 2nd!) It is important to know how many “working days” there are in every month. You should take your monthly goal, divide it by the number of days in the month and that provides you with the exact amount of production you need to produce daily.
If you want to earn money in 2007, you need to hold yourself accountable for a certain level of RESULTS on a DAILY BASIS! If you know your personal stats: recruiting call to hit, marketing call to JO, interview to send out, send out to placement….you then know exactly what results you need on a daily basis to hit your monthly goal. If your send-out to placement ratio is 6 to 1 and you need two placements to hit your goal, you know you need to book at least 12 send outs to have a chance at hitting the goal you set.
The number of calls is not NEAR as important as the RESULTS you get from your calls. Hold yourself accountable for certain results every day and you will NEVER experience a bad month or slump! We’re in SALES and sales is a numbers game. If you are trying to interview three new candidates each day, you need to book FOUR in case someone cancels. The most important number to monitor is your SEND OUT total. Your job is to get your candidates in front of decision makers.
Take the time to KNOW your personal ratios, watch your stats on a daily basis, and get prepared to make lots of money!
