Congrats To Jill Rowland of A+ Personnel!!! Here’s the latest picture of Jill, which she tells me was taken 9 years ago (so she is much younger looking now

She was randomly selected amongst the several few who correctly guessed our “mystery product” to be the MP3 player with NEW content on it- Thanks to all for the nice comments and for participating in this contest.
I wanted to do a contest for several reasons, but mostly it was to show you how people would take time out of their busy day to win this prize! Quite often we are more motivated to receive a “tangible” product such as an MP3 player than just plain billing $50 or 100k for the month!
Call it human nature, but I have seen it time and time again in this business over the past 30 years. Sometimes we just need to be shooting towards a trip, a product, etc rather than the end result of what we all want, which is more placements and money.
Here’s what I have found about products like this and how it’s helped my business grow (both personal billing and our recruiters output)
1) Our recruiters listen to TRAINING in the morning as opposed to music!! Think about it- some of the words in music (if you REALLY listen to it) are downright depressing- you have to be careful about the food you are feeding your mind before a day in this business! You have to be at your best!
2) These are GREAT incentives to hit goals. As I mentioned above, sometimes money is not the best motivator to accomplish certain goals, for whatever reason!
3) MP3 players are wonderful! If you are afraid of the technology, don’t be. I am as much of a “techno phobe” as there is, and even I can figure out how they work! And they are so small and convenient to carry!
