Dear Friends,
I was just wrapping up my work tonight, when I received an email from Dianne Callis - who many of you remember from NAPS - National Assocation of Personnel Services. When I saw the name Scott Kennaugh in the subject line I couldn’t imagine why Dianne was sending me an email about Scott on Father’s Day?
I then read her message:
Scott died yesterday, in his sleep at home with his family. He had not been ill … it was some sort of heart blockage … he was 45.
His funeral will be Wednesday, June 21st at the Toale Brothers Funeral Home at 14215 Night Hawk Terrace in Bradenton, FL 34202 (941-746-6191). Viewing is from 1-3pm and the funeral will be right after that.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers a Trust Fund has been set up in the name of his children. Taylor, Ryan & Matthew Kennaugh Trust Fund, c/o BB&T Bank at 6250 E State Road 70 in Bradenton, FL 34203.
Scott was Dianne’s right arm for years at NAPS. He was young, energetic, bright, positive and just an amazing person! For those of you who knew Scott - I knew you would want to know the details and possibly donate to the trust fund for his three small children.
I can’t image how devastated Brenda and his three children must be and ask that all of you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
Barb Bruno, CPC
