Isn’t is wonderful that there is no limit on income in our profession? From the minute you entered this profession, it was apparent that your future was in YOUR hands. The greatest problem I see is most recruiters spend their paychecks before the CASH COMES IN!
It is very easy to give yourself a raise anytime you please. You just have to increase your activity level consistently by 10% of everything:
Recruiting Presentations, Interviews Conducted, Marketing Presentations, Job Orders Written, Send Outs Booked, etc. It sounds easy but to consistently do 10% more of everything takes commitment and focus.
I want to talk to you for a minute about your future. I’m a Babyboomer and we were raised thinking that Social Security and some money put away was sufficient for us to retire. Is the word RETIRE negative? To me it sounds like it’s OVER when you use the word RETIRE.
Why not plan for your FINANCIAL FREEDOM DAY….at whatever age you choose. I’ve been on a wealth building journey for the past fourteen months and want to share some very important information with you. I’m sure you’ve all heard to PAY YOURSELF FIRST and for those of you who are SAVERS you more than likely put these monies in a 40lK, savings account, CD etc. I want to challenge you do to something else. Put these monies in a WEALTH ACCOUNT, and make a commitment to yourself to NEVER SPEND this money on anything else but sources of PASSIVE INCOME!
You goal should be to have your sources of passive income someday surpass your active income. That is when you are financially free. Harv Ecker referred to this fund as your GOLDEN GOOSE who provides you with the GOLDEN EGGS…you NEVER kill the goose! That is very different from how I was taught. I was taught to SAVE…to SPEND someday. I’m advising you to SAVE to INVEST IN PASSIVE INCOME SOURCES to solidify your future and your FINANCIAL FREEDOM DAY.
Follow this advice and when Social Security may not be there for YOUR future….it won’t matter!
