Success Story: Reward your repeat clients. But them gifts, send them tickets, let them know you appreciate their business and do it throughout the year! Get creative & personal!

When you survey clients to see why they have discontinued doing business with vendors…one of the top reasons is always “they didn’t care about our business!” You obviously want to become very consultative to your clients and form lifelong relationships with them. I wanted to share the above success story because
obviously this is working for this recruiter…and could work for you!
Whether you send thank you notes, articles of interest, referred business or small gifts…your clients should never “wonder” if you truly appreciate their business. They should know you do! It is much harder to develop new relationships than to start from scratch developing new ones! Take care of your clients and they will take care of you.
