Hi guys. I was one of those who signed up for the conference call yesterday, listened carefully and made notes to go along with the handout. The material was great.
We have had a lot of success over the years working with very small companies under 1000 employees. Microcap firms not normally traded on major stock exchanges or maybe privately owned and not traded at all. All are engaged in our niche, which is foreign trade. Their HR departments usually consist of one older lady (how sexist) about three years away from retirement. She is a resume collector and a vacation day/sick leave day calculator. We don’t have near the problems with back door fee avoidance hires that most of you guys do.
Maybe you should tell your customers to focus on very small firms. They have turnover too.
Best regards,
M.E.
BARB’S COMMENTS:
I often get feedback from subscribers to my NO BS Newsletter and thought you might enjoy reading some of them. This individual is addressing an important “marketing” strategy. Often smaller firms have a more difficult time finding top talent and the hiring process can be simplier and fees are not an issue. You might want to target some smaller companies in the profitable territory you will represent.
There is business for us “EVERYWHERE”, isn’t that wonderful?
Barb
