Highly successful people also surround themselves with a team who can help them achieve their goals. For the first time in my life, I focused my attention to this reality, and it has turbo-charged my entire life this past year. It was not easy to change my belief system which included “If you want something done right, do it yourself!” I prided myself on my ability to “do things by myself!” I also held the belief “it is better to give than to receive.” Those beliefs held me back more, than I could have ever realized.
