CONGRATULATONS NAPS!

I’ve just returned from the “outstanding” annual NAPS Conference in Baltimore. Congratulations Bob Larson on an outstanding job! The programs were informative, entertaining and forward thinking, which I’m sure is one of the reasons the conference was a “sell out”! I can’t think of the last time registration was closed prior to the conference! If you have never attending a NAPS Conference you are missing an opportunity to learn, network with your peers and recharge your own battery. One more important element – the conference is FUN!

Next year, the conference will be held in San Francisco and promises to be bigger and better than this year’s event. (hard to believe). If you are an owner, why not run a contest for your recruiters to “earn” attendance at next year’s event? The ROI on this type of training investment is a given! If you don’t plan to bring your recruiters, it would be a great experience for YOU to attend, you DESERVE it. Often, the interaction with other owners is as valuable as the scheduled programs.

Recruiters reading this article; the NAPS Annual Conference is also a wonderful investment you could make in “yourself”. Combine next year’s conference with your vacation and mix “business with pleasure.” You will learn new techniques that will help you reach your next level of success, which will more than pay for your personal investment.

I also want to thank the owners in my Wealth Building Session and the recruiters and owners who spent the entire day with me on Saturday at the Recruiting Symposium. You were so receptive to new ideas and concepts and it was an honor for me to be able to spend time, with each and every one of you. I also thank you for the comments, testimonials, voice mails and emails I’ve received from so many of you. It is because of YOU that I enjoy training in our profession!

Again, congratulations to the entire leadership of NAPS for enriching the lives of everyone who attended this conference!

    Barbara,

Your Recruiting Symposium was outstanding. I learned priceless information that will increase my billings, standard of living and professional value. It is so nice to hear recruiting techniques from someone who has built a recruiting firm multiple times and remains the top biller in the firm. I also enjoyed the honesty you provided us during the lunch break on the stage. Thanks again.

Could you please send me the slideshow you used? I was torn between filling in the blanks and listening intently and missed some information. I think you also said you would provide the application form you use for new candidates to fill out.

Thank you and I will see you at your next lecture or symposium. I have also asked my manager to purchase 2 of your books for our training purposes (Clients You Select Will Make or Break Your Future and Increase Your Income).

    Sincerely,
