We are all starting a new month tomorrow- August! Where have the first seven months of this year gone? As I reviewed the production in my office – it’s interesting how EASY it is to predict what kind of month my recruiters and I will have in any given month.
It’s all about send-outs! (My definition of a send-out – getting a candidate in front of a decision maker). If you don’t date you’ll never get married – if you don’t book send–outs you won’t have a week to stay healthy. It’s just as important to exercise your brain to keep it healthy and not stagnant.
I’d also like to inform all of you about a RECRUITER SYMPOSIUM I’m doing for NAPS. This is the first time I’ve accepted their invitation to conduct an entire day of intensive RECRUITER training.
