Have you noticed that there is not a “shortage” of candidates-but there is a tremendous shortage of “qualified candidates”? Can you even imagine how fierce competition is going to get for top talent, as the baby boomers start to retire? We are definitely in the right profession at the right time in history! The question I am most often asked by recruiters in my audience- “How do we attract top talent”? I’m going to be conducting a one day Recruiting symposium for NAPS in Baltimore on September 24th.
